If you are not completely happy with your Trailer Vision™ camera system and you return it within 14 days in the condition that it was received then we will provide you with a complete refund (excluding postage). All Trailer Vision™ camera systems also come with a 1-year, no-quibble, replacement warranty.
Any product deemed faulty by you,the customer, shall be returned by Post/Courier to Trailer Vision Ireland Ltd, Ardee, Co.Louth, Republic of Ireland. Please ensure your name/address/contact number and fault is clearly attatched to the product. We will inspect the product to ascertain what the fault may be and replace and return the product to you, should the fault be deemed to be a legitimate product fault. The product, if it’s a camera, must be in good condition on return to us and have no water ingress. If it’s a Digital Wireless Camera, it must also have it’s original fuse holder attatched. Monitors should have their original power supplies (12/24 Volt Cigarette Lighter Adaptors, intact and not cut/damaged) returned should there be any issue with your Monitor.
